The Best charity is donating water to thirsty people

Sa’d ibn ‘Ubadah reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, my mother has died. Shall I give charity on her behalf?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Yes.” I said, “Which charity is best?” The Prophet said, “A drink of water.”

Treatment of incurable disease

Scholars have written: If someone is suffering from an incurable disease, he should give water in charity, with its blessing, even incurable diseases can be cured.

Narrative:

An abscess appeared on the face of the famous hadith Imam Abu Abdullah Muhammad Hakeem Neshapuri.
Many treatments were done but to no avail.
To a woman in a dream, the Holy Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said:
Tell Abu Abdullah! Donate water to people!
When this came to Imam Hakim, he installed a water bottle at his door, from which people started drinking. It was not even a week later that he was cured and his face was as good as before.
