مہربان فاؤنڈیشن کے اجلاس کے منٹس

چیئرمین مہربان فاؤنڈیشن کی صدارت میں مورخہ 20 دسمبر 2025 کو منعقدہ اجلاس

یہ اجلاس مہربان فاؤنڈیشن کے دفتر کے بجائے فنانس سیکرٹری کے گھر، علی پور، لہترار روڈ میں 20 دسمبر 2025 کو منعقد ہوا، جس کی صدارت سید عبدالوہاب شاہ، چیئرمین فاؤنڈیشن نے کی۔

اجلاس میں عہدہ داروں کی ذمہ داریوں میں تبدیلی پر غور کیا گیا اور اسے منظور کیا گیا۔ اجلاس میں یہ قرار دیا گیا کہ سید عطاء اللہ شاہ، جو پہلے انفارمیشن سیکرٹری تھے، اب جنرل سیکرٹری کے عہدے پر فائز ہوں گے، اور سید ذوالفقار احمد شاہ انفارمیشن سیکرٹری کے عہدے پر مقرر ہوں گے۔

تمام موجودہ اراکین نے ایگزیکٹو باڈی کے اس نئے ڈھانچے سے اپنی مکمل اطمینان ظاہر کیا۔ یہ تبدیلی تمام اراکین کی اتفاق رائے سے منظور کی گئی۔

نتیجتاً یہ قرار دیا گیا کہ تبدیل شدہ ذمہ داریوں کے ساتھ عہدہ داروں کی فہرست رجسٹریشن اتھارٹی کو ارسال کی جائے تاکہ ریکارڈ میں شامل کیا جا سکے اور ضروری کارروائی کی جا سکے۔

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF MEHRBAN FOUNDATION

Held under the Chairmanship of the Chairman on 20 December 2025

A meeting of Mehrban Foundation was held on 20 December 2025 at the residence of the Finance Secretary, Ali Pur, Lehtar Road, under the chairmanship of Syed Abdul Wahab Shah, Chairman of the Foundation.

During the meeting, changes in the responsibilities of the office bearers were discussed and approved. It was resolved that Syed Ataullah Shah, who was previously Information Secretary, shall assume the position of General Secretary, and Syed Zulfiqar Ahmed Shah shall take over as Information Secretary.

All members present expressed their complete satisfaction with the revised structure of the Executive Body. The changes in responsibilities were unanimously approved by all members present.

It was therefore resolved that the updated list of office bearers with the revised responsibilities shall be forwarded to the concerned Registration Authority for record and necessary action.
